Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bosun/Deckhand to join a 40m+ private/charter motor yacht. The vessel is currently located in Antigua, with a planned start date in mid-February. This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking individual looking to become part of a close-knit and professional crew of eight.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of the deck, assisting with navigational duties, and supporting deck operations during both private and charter use. Daily tasks will include handling mooring lines, operating and maintaining deck equipment, tender driving, and participating in routine maintenance and water sports activities. The yacht also operates a chase boat, so strong tender driving skills—including experience with both single and twin screw tenders—are essential.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a deckhand on similar-sized yachts, solid all-round boat knowledge, and a willingness to assist across departments when needed. Charter experience, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic are key. Yachtmaster qualifications are appreciated, and candidates must hold a valid B1/B2 visa as well as the right to work in Europe. Both male and female candidates are welcome.
A genuine passion for fishing is highly valued, with excellent fishing skills considered a significant bonus.

Package:
- Permanent contract.
- Salary range: USD 3,000 - 5,000 DOE
- 60 days leave per year.
- Cruising plans: Dual season Med/Caribbean in 2026, with plans to go further afield thereafter.
