DmB Yachting is currently recruiting a professional and motivated Paramedic / Nurse to join a large motor yacht operating on a rotational contract. We are seeking a dedicated medical professional to become a long-term member of the crew.
POSITION DETAILS
Position: Paramedic / Nurse
Contract: Permanent – 3:1 Rotation
Salary: €4,100 – €4,800 per month (DOE)
Bonus: Exceptionally generous scheme – 50% of crew daily pay rate paid on top during guest-on mode
Itinerary: Mediterranean cruising for Summer | Winter 2026 TBC
Start Date: TBC
POSITION OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing onboard medical care, maintaining medical supplies and equipment, and ensuring crew and guest wellbeing at all times.
While prior yacht experience is not strictly required, candidates with maritime experience will be highly regarded. We welcome both male and female applicants.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Qualified Paramedic or Registered Nurse certification
Valid STCW (including updated refresher if applicable)
ENG1 Medical
Strong emergency response capability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation and positive team attitude
Previous yacht experience (preferred but not essential)
