DmB Yachting is currently recruiting a professional and motivated Deckhand / Personal Trainer to join a 100m+ motor yacht operating on a rotational contract in Europe. We are seeking a dynamic individual who can contribute both to the deck team and provide high-level personal training services onboard.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This dual-role position requires an experienced deckhand who is also a certified Personal Trainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all deck operations while delivering structured fitness programs tailored to the owner and guests.

You will be joining a professional and established crew, with the opportunity to grow long-term within the program.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

 • Industry-recognized Full Personal Trainer Qualification

• Fully capable of performing all standard deckhand duties

• Assisting with deck operations, maintenance, and cleanliness

• Supporting guest activities when required

• Maintaining a professional, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
