Job Description:
We are looking for a strong, discreet, and hands-on Chief Stewardess to join this 60m+ Private Motor Yacht.
This position requires a natural leader who is calm under pressure, highly organized, and able to set and maintain clear interior structure and standards.
The ideal candidate will have proven longevity on similar-sized yachts and demonstrate maturity, discretion, and strong leadership qualities.
Service onboard is expected to be semi-formal, delivered with precision, attention to detail, and warmth, while always respecting privacy.
Formal hospitality training is appreciated, and Silver Service certification would be considered a plus.
Non-smoker, no visible tattoos.
