Candidate Profile
- 1–3 seasons yachting experience as a chef
- Comfortable working as sole chef
- Strong Mediterranean-style cooking background
- Passion for fresh, local, seasonal produce
- Confident with provisioning in different countries
- Flexible, easygoing, and owner-focused
- Good sense of humour and positive attitude
- Able to adapt menus to owner preferences
Role & Responsibilities
- Sole responsibility for all onboard meals
- Mediterranean-focused menus with an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients
- Daily crew and owner catering
- Menu planning and provisioning
- Galley organisation and hygiene management
- Working closely with the captain and stewardess to support smooth onboard life
