This is an excellent opportunity for a strong 2nd Stewardess who is ready to step up. The role offers a clear and supported progression to Chief Stew in September, working alongside an experienced Chief Stew during the handover period.
The Role
- 2nd Stew position with a confirmed transition to Chief Stew later in the season
- Full involvement in housekeeping and service across guest and owner areas
- Opportunity to learn and take over all interior operations
- Exposure to accounting, provisioning, and interior administration
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven 2nd Stew experience on a similar-sized yacht, or Chief Stew experience on a smaller vessel
- Confident with service standards and interior organisation
- Accounting and provisioning experience preferred
- Approachable, professional, and a strong team player
- Comfortable maintaining high standards in a relaxed onboard environment

Package
- Salary: DOE (USD, industry standard)
- Leave: 30 days plus additional time when owners are not onboard
