CAPTAIN – 110ft Private Riva
Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Captain for a 110ft Private Riva Motor Yacht.
Start Date: ASAP (joining Harbour Island, Bahamas)
Salary: USD 10,000 – 12,000 per month
Leave: 30 days annual leave (accrual structure with longevity)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 200GT License
- Valid STCW & ENG1
- Proven command experience on 30m+ motor yachts
Requirements:
- Experience with Italian-built yachts (Riva experience highly advantageous)
- Comfortable managing warranty, insurance, and maintenance directly
- Experience running a program without management company support
- Strong leadership and mentoring ability
- Fluent English
- B1/B2 Visa
Other:
- Cayman flagged vessel
- Bahamas-based October–July
- 3–4 month shipyard period in Fort Lauderdale
- Strong mentorship required
