We are currently looking for a motivated and professional Deckhand & Stewardess couple to join a brand-new Silent Yacht 24M (2025) for the upcoming season.

- Private and/or light charter use
- Mediterranean season
- Dynamic and professional environment
Positions
Deckhand
- General deck operations and maintenance
- Assistance during manoeuvres and guest operations
- Water toys handling and safety
- Exterior upkeep and cleaning
Stewardess
- Interior maintenance and housekeeping
- Guest service and hospitality
- Laundry and provisioning support
- Assistance during charters
Profile required
- Previous yachting experience in similar roles preferred
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Flexibility and high standards of service
- Valid STCW and medical certificates
- EU passport or valid work permit preferred
Package
- Seasonal contract
- Salary depending on experience
- Live-aboard position
- Opportunity to join a new yacht from early stage and work as a couple onboard
