Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief Steward or Stewardess to join two recent motor yachts (30m and 38m), operating both private and charter, based in the South of France.
Start date: ideally this month.
Program
private and charter program
• South of France based
• Owner with a nearby villa (occasional and moderate assistance may be requested when required)
• Interior team will be built ahead of the season (two stew per yacht)
We are looking for someone:
• With proven experience as Chief Steward(ess) on a charter yacht
• Fully confident in luxury service, housekeeping management, provisioning and inventories
• Capable of light crew cooking when no chef is onboard or until the chef joins
• Comfortable overseeing and managing both yachts temporarily until the interior teams are fully recruited
• Organized, proactive and detail-oriented
• With a positive mindset, strong team spirit and no drama
Requirements
• All certificates valid and up to date (STCW, ENG1, etc.)
• Driving licence
• French is a plus
• Candidates currently located in the South of France
• Female and male candidates welcome
Conditions
• Industry standard salary, depending on experience
• Seasonal position with potential to become permanent for the right candidate
