Deckhand – 50m Private M/Y
We are seeking an enthusiastic and active Deckhand to join a well‑run 50m, private motor yacht operating a dual‑season program and expected to begin light charter next season. This position is ideal for a junior deckhand with strong watersports capabilities and a positive, team‑oriented mindset.
Candidates must have solid water sports experience, and kitesurfing experience or instructor-level confidence is a major advantage, as the owner and guests are highly active. The crew values someone who can safely set up, assist, and supervise watersports sessions while also performing all standard deck duties to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will bring 1–2 seasons of yachting experience, confidence in guest interaction, and a strong work ethic. A valid Schengen visa is essential.

Salary: €3,300
Leave: 5:1 rotation (60 Days)
