We are seeking a 1st Mate for a 36m motor yacht currently located in Turkey, with operations in the Mediterranean Sea and future itineraries planned for the Caribbean and the east coast of the US. The successful candidate will assist the captain in daily operations, ensuring vessel safety and efficiency while engaging in all onboard activities. Strong engineering skills and prior experience operating large tenders, particularly a 42' Invincible with triple 400 HP engines, are essential. The ideal candidate must be a certified diver, physically fit, and capable of collaborating effectively within a small crew of six. A valid B1/B2 and Schengen Visa with an expiration date beyond November 2026 is required. This permanent position calls for a proactive and accountable work ethic, with a strong emphasis on finding the right character fit to maintain a positive crew dynamic.
