Summary
We are looking for a committed Deckhand to join a 36m motor yacht currently based in Turkey, with plans to cruise the Mediterranean Sea before heading to the Caribbean and Eastern Atlantic shoreline of the US. The successful candidate will have a valid Schengen visa through November 2026, a B1/B2 visa with at least four years remaining, and extensive experience in large tender driving, particularly with a 42' Invincible powered by three 400HP Mercury engines. Responsibilities include maintaining the deck's appearance and functionality, operating tenders, and contributing to overall crew efficiency in a family-oriented environment. Candidates should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Valid certifications for discharge book applications and compliance with insurance requirements are essential, while dive certifications are an advantage. The role requires good health and physical fitness, as well as a commitment to teamwork and professionalism in a six-member crew setting.
