Summary
Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Sole Chef for a 45m+ Charter Yacht
Qualifications:
• Valid STCW certification
• Valid ENG1 medical
• Proven experience as a yacht Chef on busy programs
• Experience on commercially operated yachts
Requirements:
- Strong Mediterranean charter Chef with excellent plating and presentation
- Confident cooking with fresh, local Mediterranean ingredients
- Experience catering to charter clients and varied dietary preferences
- Able to deliver high-end charter food under pressure
- Organised, clean, and efficient in a busy charter galley
- Able to provide strong references
- Confident managing crew and guest meals
Start Date: April
Contract: Seasonal with potential to become permanent
Salary: 7500 EUR
Leave: 44 days
