Dear Candidates,
We are currently looking to fill a vacant Deckhand position on board a 50m private motor yacht based in Monaco.
Due to cabin arrangements, we are seeking a responsible male candidate with a minimum of two full seasons’ experience on a yacht.
The ideal candidate should be an avid learner, with solid knowledge of deck duties, tools and products, as well as a strong understanding of safe working practices.
Good large tender/chase boat driving skills and water sports knowledge are essential requirements for this role, along with a sharp eye for detail (yacht master offshore in hand).
On board, we provide a family and friends oriented service for our guests. We are a close-knit crew of nine, representing mixed nationalities, and each crew member takes pride in their work. Our philosophy is to constantly search for a better way. Projects run consistently throughout the year, giving the deckhand the opportunity to take on a variety of tasks, develop skills, and gain valuable experience. The yacht is also supportive of further training and professional development.
