YACHT INFORMATION:
A prestigious superyacht with professional Captains in place, is seeking an experienced Bosun.
You have the opportunity to live Onboard or Live Ashore. while in Sydney.
CERTIFICATES:
• STCW
• Seafarers Medical
• AMSA Master 5, Yachtmaster or OOW
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Experienced in tender operations & maintaining tender
• Exceptional eye for detail, and action-orientated
• A mentor to the deckhands – you lead by doing, and you have the ability to lead the deck department in the Chief Mate’s absence.
• Strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with all departments
• Organised, professional and personable with Owner, guests, Captain & crew
• Tecnically adept – skilled with tools, deck and water toys maintenance, and repairs or have the willingness to continue learning the skills required.
ITINERARY: Sydney based. East Coast of Australia – on standby
START DATE: February, 2026
