Summary
We are looking for a capable, self-sufficient temporary Crew Chef to cover approximately half of a crossing and shipyard period on an 80-metre yacht. You will be cooking independently for around 20 crew.
Male due to cabin arrangements.
Dates: approximately 15th March to 15th May.
From May onwards, the role will transition into working alongside the Head Chef, providing support and ad-hoc assistance as required.
This position suits an experienced yacht crew chef who is confident running the galley solo during rotations. You must be comfortable planning and producing consistent, balanced, nutritious crew meals, staying on top of daily service, hygiene, and cleaning schedules, and maintaining galley standards in the absence of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
Previous experience cooking for crew on yachts of a similar size is essential. You need to be organised, reliable, and able to work without supervision while keeping standards high.
Salary: €5k-6k dependent on experience.
