Summary
We are looking for a First Mate for a 40m+ Private S/Y.
-Permanent position to start the end of March in the Caribbean.
-Itinerary: Caribbean and USA.
-Qualifications: Yachtmaster Offshore
-Candidates should come from a strong sailing background, ideally on performance sailing yachts.
-Thorough knowledge of deck maintenance is required and must be a capable watch leader.
-You should be organised and capable of leading a deck team with bosun and deckhand.
-Total of 7 mixed nationality crew onboard.
-Should be fluent in English.
-Non-smoking vessel.
-B1/B2 is advantageous.
Salary DOE with a standard MLC SEA.
