We are seeking a strong Sous Chef to join a well-run 73m private/charter motor yacht, cruising the Caribbean and crossing to the Mediterranean.
This role is suited to an experienced Sous Chef who values a structured galley, professional standards, and a solid team environment.
Start date: 7–15 March
Season: Until September
Male candidates only (cabin arrangements)
Requirements:
- B1B2 visa essential
- STCW & ENG1
- Level 3 Food Hygiene & Safety
- Ship’s Cook Certificate
- Proven longevity with excellent references
- Strong team player with prior Sous Chef experience
