Summary

Sous Chef – 73m Private/Charter Motor Yacht

We are seeking a strong Sous Chef to join a well-run 73m private/charter motor yacht, cruising the Caribbean and crossing to the Mediterranean.

This role is suited to an experienced Sous Chef who values a structured galley, professional standards, and a solid team environment.

Start date: 7–15 March

Season: Until September

Male candidates only (cabin arrangements)

Requirements:

  • B1B2 visa essential
  • STCW & ENG1
  • Level 3 Food Hygiene & Safety
  • Ship’s Cook Certificate
  • Proven longevity with excellent references
  • Strong team player with prior Sous Chef experience

Salary: DOE
