19 London is a recruitment agency focusing predominantly on hiring Personal Assistants and EAs, Family Office Staff, Private Household Staff, and Super Yacht Crew for successful and high-profile individuals, families and corporations internationally. Our clients are some of the most well-known and prolific clients globally, and we provide first-class service to both our clients and candidates at all times.

We have an incredible opportunity for a hardworking, driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our close-knit team. You will be the 10th member of our team, and will help to manage our ever-increasing workload and exclusive client base, recruiting roles across our PA, corporate and family offices positions.

This will be an incredibly fast-paced role, and will require excellent time management skills, tenacity, a high level of attention to detail and a hunger to reach and exceed sales targets. We are exceptionally busy, and therefore, you will need to hit the ground running, be able to work at a fast pace, and learn new skills quickly to ensure you can get up to speed as soon as possible.

The owners of the business manage all business development, including bringing in clients to the business. However, you will be expected to manage and maintain these relationships.

This is a full-time, permanent position working from home - Monday to Friday. You must be open to being responsive outside of core office hours due to the nature of our clients’ activities and the various time zones our clients operate in (our core hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm weekdays).

THE ROLE:

·       Client management – taking client briefs, writing job descriptions, managing client expectations and dealing with the recruitment process from start to finish

·       Candidate resourcing – you will source and headhunt top talent in your division and continually grow our database. You will interview candidates either face-to-face or via video call, and you will prepare candidate packages for clients

·       Manage your own workload efficiently and effectively, enabling you to close our roles swiftly when required

·       Manage all job applications from candidates via the database, job boards, and the website

·       Writing attractive and appealing job advertisements and ensuring they are posted to all relevant job boards.

·       Database admin (candidate CV management and knowledge of GDPR compliance)

·       Reference taking – you will have the confidence to call and speak with high-profile and high-net-worth individuals and well-known corporations to take references

·       Social media management – utilising our team assistant to ensure new jobs are posted frequently on Facebook and LinkedIn

THE CANDIDATE:

·       You will work at pace – we expect you to work with speed and accuracy, and to work within time limits

·       You will be driven by sales targets, and tenacious in your work to reach and exceed these targets

·       You will be confident in headhunting and sourcing candidates, using our existing database and network, as well as sourcing new candidates through other means

·       You will know how our industry works – you will understand the divisions we have, the personalities of our clients, and will not be phased by their public status

·       Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly

·       Highly personable and able to build strong working relationships with ease, whilst maintaining professional boundaries

·       Fluency in English, as well as excellent phone manner, and professional communication style

·       Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, CRM, LinkedIn etc.)

·       Hardworking and diligent

·       Mature and pro-active nature

·       Positive ‘can-do’ attitude

·       Respectful, reliable, loyal and trustworthy

·       Discreet and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality

·       Happy to sign an NDA and non-compete & confidentiality restrictions

·       Team player, with a good sense of humour

·       Flexible and can adapt to change with ease

If you are a fast-learning individual looking for your next venture within a small business and looking to grow in your role, please do apply ASAP.

Please note that due to the volume of applications we receive, we will not be able to reply to every candidate.
