Head Chef – 65m Dual Season Motor Yacht
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Chef to join a 65m dual-season motor yacht operating a busy private/charter program.

You will be a calm, organised, and forward-thinking professional with proven longevity onboard larger yachts and a genuine passion for high-quality cuisine. This role suits a chef who thrives in fast-paced charter environments while maintaining consistency and creativity for owners.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven Head Chef experience on yachts 55m+
- Demonstrated longevity in previous roles over 18month
- Strong Michelin-level or high-end fine dining land-based experience
- Confident catering for up to 12 guests, with occasional larger numbers for special events.
- Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene, and onboard compliance standards
- Good accounting skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the galley with a proactive, organised, and collaborative approach, Working alongside the Crew Chef.
- Be adaptive and flexible, especially during charter with short turnarounds.
- Plan and provision efficiently, focusing on provisioning locally without 3rd party suppliers unless necessary.
- Deliver high-quality, well-presented menus for both Owners and Charter guests.
- Maintain calm professionalism under pressure.
- Foster strong teamwork and a positive onboard atmosphere.
