Summary
We are seeking an experienced, professional and reliable Chief Stewardess to join and lead our interior team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confidently leading, recruiting, training and motivating the Interior Team
- Maintaining exceptionally high standards of service, housekeeping and laundry
- Creating and supporting a positive, professional and safety conscious onboard environment
- Orchestrating silver service, cocktail making and wine service with expert knowledge of fine dining protocols
- Create and maintain detailed manuals, work schedules, checklists and inventories
- Managing detailed guest preference sheets and coordinating themed nights, dinner parties and special occasions
- Budgeting, accounting, provisioning and management of contractors
- Working closely with Head Chef to coordinate menus, dietary requirements and meal timings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Chief Stewardess on similar sized vessels
- Excellent communication skills with a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
- Leadership ability with a calm, professional approach
- Valid B1/B2 visa
- Valid Schengen visa
- Fluent English (Spoken & Written)
- Non Smoker
