Summary
We are seeking an experienced Second Stewardess to join our interior team. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who is comfortable stepping into a leadership role in the absence of the Chief Stewardess and who takes pride in high standards and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confidently leading the interior team when the Chief Stewardess is absent
- Following instructions precisely while maintaining initiative and accountability
- Motivating, guiding, and training junior crew
- Maintaining exceptionally high standards of housekeeping and laundry
- Providing high-level service to guests (service experience is a strong plus)
- Supporting a positive, professional onboard environment
Requirements:
- Proven strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
- Excellent housekeeping and laundry skills (essential)
- Leadership ability with a calm, professional approach
- Valid B1/B2 visa
- Valid Schengen visa
- Previous yacht experience preferred
