We are looking for a professional and motivated Deckhand / Sports Fisher person for a 69m motor yacht..

The successful candidate will work on guest operations, deck maintenance, and water sports activities.

Key Responsibilities

• In charge of setting up and running the fishing equipment onboard
• Organization and operation of sports fishing and deep sea fishing drips in the Indian Ocean
• Normal daily operations, washdowns, maintenance, and detailing
• Drive tenders confidently, including a large 16m tender
• Good water sports knowledge and guest interaction
• Assist with anchoring, mooring, and general deck operations
• Uphold high standards of safety, seamanship, and professionalism

Requirements

• Strong fishing background
• Strong tender-driving background and excellent boat-handling skills
• Solid knowledge of exterior maintenance products and techniques
• Confident leader with strong communication and teamwork skills
• ENG1, STCW, PDSD, and all relevant certs up to date

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
