Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sole Chef to join a 46m motor yacht currently based in the United States. In this permanent role, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing high-quality meals for guests and crew, ensuring dietary preferences and nutritional needs are met. You will manage inventory, maintain galley cleanliness, and source all provisions independantly. The ideal candidate will have extensive culinary experience, preferably in a similar maritime environment, and possess strong organizational skills to effectively manage a galley. A passion for food and creativity in menu development are essential, along with the ability to work well with the interior team and adapt to varying guest preferences. We are looking for a chef with excellent communication skills, strong provisioning knowledge, and the ability to deal with challenges with a proactive, positive approach.

The crew genuinely enjoy spending time together both on and off duty, so teamwork, flexibility, and a consistently positive attitude are essential. The owners are known for treating crew exceptionally well and place high value on professionalism, mutual respect, and crew welfare. They are seeking longevity and stability within the team, making this an excellent opportunity for a chef looking for a long-term position aboard a quality yacht.

Due to cabin configuration, this position is open to male candidates only. American nationality is preferred; however, candidates of all nationalities will be considered.
