Summary
We are seeking an experienced Skipper to join a 23m private family motor yacht based in Montenegro, cruising extensively throughout the Adriatic, including Croatia, Montenegro, and Greece. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident managing all aspects of vessel operation, navigation, passage planning, docking, and safety, while also being happy to support deck and interior operations as required within a small crew environment. The program is private and family-run, offering a relaxed yet professional onboard atmosphere, and is a seasonal position from March to October with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate. A strong work ethic, adaptability, and previous experience on similar-sized private yachts are essential. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.
