We are seeking an energetic, personable Lead Stewardess to join a well-balanced, low-pressure programwith light owner usage.
This is a great lifestyle role offering a strong crew dynamic, excellent work–life balance, and the chance to enjoy a remote cruising area while maintaining high interior standards. The Lead Stewardess will take pride in service and interior upkeep while playing a key role in maintaining crew morale, particularly during quieter periods between owner trips.
You’ll be joining a mixed Western / Indonesian crew, so strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and a positive, team-focused attitude are essential.

- Leave: 42 days (30-day probation / 7-day notice)
