Housekeeping / Laundry Stewardess – 90m Sailing Yacht
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Housekeeping / Laundry Stewardess to join a 90m private sailing yacht, currently completing a major shipyard refit and preparing for an active upcoming program.
This role is ideal for someone who takes genuine pride in immaculate interiors and perfectly managed laundry. The owners are exceptionally detail-focused when it comes to housekeeping standards and expect an impeccably maintained yacht, so this position suits a candidate who naturally notices the small things and cares deeply about every surface, fabric, and finish.
This is a dual-role position, rotating between housekeeping and laundry, requiring strong capability and confidence in both areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate housekeeping standards across all guest and crew areas
- Execute laundry operations to a very high standard, including delicate fabrics and uniform care
- Rotate confidently between housekeeping and laundry duties
- Follow and uphold detailed cleaning systems and routines
- Care for interior surfaces, finishes, and furnishings with attention and respect
- Support interior operations during guest trips and busy periods
Requirements
- Proven experience in both housekeeping and laundry on large yachts
- Exceptionally high attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Methodical, organised, and consistent in work approach
- Comfortable working within a structured interior team
- STCW, ENG1, Food Hygiene Level 2
