Summary
We are looking for an experienced Bosun to join a 77m Motor Yacht currently undergoing a refit period in Singapore, with the vessel preparing to return to full operational service thereafter.

Nationality Preferred: South African
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years proven longevity as Bosun on yachts
- Divemaster Certificate – essential
- Strong diving experience – essential
- Valid STCW & medical
- Previous refit / shipyard experience preferred
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of yacht products, deck equipment, and materials
- Solid understanding of Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS)
- Proven experience implementing and managing PMS during refit, with a view to smooth operational transition
- Ability to plan, track, and close maintenance tasks efficiently
- Confident, hands-on leader with good organisational skills
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Leading and supervising the deck team
- Managing deck operations during refit and operational readiness
- Overseeing inspections, servicing, and documentation
- Supporting diving-related operations as required
- Ensuring safety standards and procedures are upheld at all times
