A well-established private yacht is seeking an experienced male Chef for a seasonal Mediterranean program beginning this spring.
This is a refined, owner-led program with a relaxed pace and a strong emphasis on wellbeing, quality living, and thoughtful food. The owners spend time onboard with family and friends and place real value on fresh, balanced meals that support an active Mediterranean lifestyle.
The galley is not high-pressure or charter-heavy. Success in this role comes from consistency, organisation, and an enjoyment of cooking clean, flavour-driven food rather than over-complication. The atmosphere onboard is calm, professional, and respectful, with a small, cohesive crew.
Ideal Profile
- Previous yacht chef experience on similar-sized vessels
- Solid grounding in Mediterranean and international cuisine
- Comfortable cooking for owners, family, and occasional charter guests
- Passion for fresh, nutritious, well-balanced menus
- Highly organised with excellent galley hygiene and time management
- Easygoing, positive personality suited to a close-knit crew
- Proactive, flexible, and service-focused approach
- Strictly no smoking, vaping, or drug use
