Summary
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on 2nd Stewardess to join a well-run 37m private/charter motor yacht operating from Fort Lauderdale, with charter cruising planned for the Bahamas and owner use in New England over the summer (itinerary may adjust depending on charter demand, which is owner-prioritized).
This is a close-knit crew, known for working hard, supporting one another, and maintaining a positive onboard atmosphere. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and confident with housekeeping duties, contributing to a smooth and well-presented interior.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year yachting experience
- B1/B2 is essential
- Strong housekeeping skills and attention to detail
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable in a busy private/charter environment
- Reliable, hardworking, and adaptable
- Preference to candidates able to join in Fort Lauderdale
