Permanent Sous Chef – 60m Motor Yacht - FEMALE ONLY- Due to cabin arrangements.
We are seeking a female Sous Chef to join our friendly and professional crew of 14 onboard a 60m private/charter Motor Yacht. This is a permanent position, within a strong, respectful, and close-knit team who genuinely enjoy working together.
The ideal candidate is passionate about food, excited to experiment with new ingredients and recipes, and eager to showcase flavors from around the world. A strong interest in healthy, fresh, and balanced cuisine is essential.
About the Role
- Permanent Sous Chef onboard a private/charter vessel
- A Head Chef will join during boss/charter periods
- Off trip Sous Chef takes care of all galley operations
- Creative menu planning and execution
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, organisation, and presentation
- Working collaboratively within a positive crew culture
Candidate Requirements
- Formal culinary training is essential
- Professional culinary experience/high end restaurant experience
- Ships Cook Certificate
- B1/B2 Visa/ STCW / ENG1 etc.
- Yachting experience preferred but not essential
- Creative, flexible, and enthusiastic about food
- Strong interest in healthy, balanced cooking
- Friendly, warm, and professional disposition
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Female candidate required due to cabin arrangements
Package
- Salary: USD 6,000 - 7,000 per month DOE.
