The deckhand will work in Team with the First Officer but must be proactive and able to work in full autonomy . The deckhand will be dedicated to Tender Driving for Guests and Crew

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role

• EU passport or valid Schengen visa

• Yachtmaster or equivalent up to 200GT preferred

• Previous escort / chase boat experience highly desirable

• Strong seamanship and practical deck skills

• Flexible, hands-on team player

• Charter experience essential

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• Drivers License
• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RYA Yachtmaster Offshore
• RYA Yachtmaster Ocean
• MCA Master <200gt / OOW <500gt

Instructor Qualifications

• RYA PWC Instructor (jetski etc)
