OUTSTANDING SOUS CHEF NEEDED FOR A 60m MOTOR YACHT
Start Date: By the 17th of February
Schedule: World cruising, with most cruising in Asia this year
This is an amazing opportunity for an outstanding Sous Chef for this 60m Motor Yacht with an amazing itinerary ahead.
This is not only crew chef position you need to be able to support the Head Chef.
Predominantly private but they do charter on occasion. Run with a 50m Support vessel too
Owners very family-orientated and value their crew. Having a big team dynamic onboard is important to them, so no hotheads in the Galley as the owners like to see a happy environment
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION
- STCW/ENG1
- Ships cook certificate (Bonus)
- Level 3 Food Hygiene & Safety
- Michelin Star background
- Proven longevity
- Excellent references needed
- Male Candidates due to cabin arrangement
