ATLANTICO YACHTING is currently seeking an excellent Sole Chef to join a 44m successful and well-established private & charter M/Y for the 2026 Mediterranean season.. PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES APPLYING VIA OUR WEBSITE.
This is a seasonal position from 1st March to 14th November 2026, with a busy charter period from June to mid-September and lighter usage outside peak season. The role is a sole chef position, catering for 9 mixed-nationality crew and up to 10 guests during charters. Full responsibility for menu planning, provisioning and execution is required, with a strong focus on both guest and crew food. Crew meals prioritise nutritious, non-processed cuisine.
Candidates must have previous charter experience, be well organised, and confident managing the galley independently during busy charter and owner trips. A strong repertoire in Mediterranean, Asian, sushi and seafood cuisine, creativity, solid nutrition knowledge, refined plate presentation and a can-do attitude are essential.
The yacht offers very respectful owners and a professional crew dynamic. A minimum of two years’ experience on a similar-sized vessel is preferred. English speaking is mandatory. Salary is €7,000–€8,000 per month, DOE, with charter tips applicable.
