Summary
Atlantico Yachting is seeking an accomplished Charter Chef to join a 50m Private/Charter M/Y on a permanent MLC contract. PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WHO APPLY BY REGISTERING THROUGH OUR WEBSITE.The contract is permanent, with 90 days leave per year (flexible depending on the yacht’s itinerary); however, candidates considering a seasonal position are also welcome to apply. The yacht operates a single or dual season program (Mediterranean / Caribbean) and maintains a high-intensity charter schedule, typically completing 7–8 charters per season, offering strong earning potential through charter tips. Longevity and commitment are key for this position.

The successful candidate must hold a valid Ship’s Cook Certificate and demonstrate extensive charter-level culinary experience, with the versatility to meet the expectations of an international charter clientele. This includes the ability to confidently execute everything from artisanal bread production to refined, elegant desserts, while maintaining consistently high standards. Equally important is a professional, calm, and solution-driven attitude, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced charter environment and work seamlessly within a multicultural crew.
