Permanent Head Chef - 120days leave, this is not a set 4:2 rotation as leave will be outside of the season.
Start Date: Approx. 1 April 2026, with a trial in March.
We are a busy 55m charter yacht with a wide range of high-profile clientele, so confidence and the ability to consistently maintain exceptional standards are essential. The role requires versatility, high-end cuisine as well as relaxed, family-style meals when the owners are onboard.
The owners are lovely, approachable, and a pleasure to work for. They have five children, so a genuine enjoyment of family cooking and the ability to occasionally host cooking classes or interactive culinary experiences with the kids is imperative.
We are open to candidates who are stepping up, provided they have extensive experience on fast-paced yachts and the confidence to perform at a high level in both charter and private settings.
Itinerary: Busy Med charter season, multiple charters already booked. Caribbean winter.
Cabin: Shared
Salary: TBC based on experience.
