Summary
Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking a Chief Steward(ess) to join a 45m+ Private/Charter motor yacht
This position would suit an organised, service-driven Chief Steward(ess) who thrives in a dynamic guest environment and enjoys working in an interior team of 3.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the yachting industry
- Previous 2 years experience as Chief Steward(ess) preferred
- Valid Schengen
- Fluent English required, second language desirable
- Proven charter experience
- Confident leading the interior team and managing day to day operations
- STCW, ENG (valid min 8 months), F&H 2
Owners use the vessel for 1-2 week periods at a time, with charter trips in between.
Salary: USD depending on experience.
Leave: 8 months on/4 months off (November - February off)
