A private 56m dual-season yacht is seeking a confident, diligent Rotational Chief Stewardess to join a strong, close-knit crew of 15. This is a fast-paced vessel with a busy program and owner trips ranging from 8–16 weeks, so adaptability and a calm, capable leadership style are key.
The ideal candidate is an open-minded people person with proven experience leading an interior team of five, who genuinely enjoys high-level service and guest interaction. Solid all-round interior knowledge is essential, alongside strong administrative skills including budgeting, accounting, provisioning, and inventory management. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with the Captain and HODs is a must.
