Requirements:
• Proven Yacht Sous Chef experience minimum 1 year on a 70m+
• Organised, calm under pressure, committed
• Confident supporting Head Chef and team in a fast-paced galley
• English as first Language
• Patisserie and Bread Skills
• Michelin Land based experience minimum 1 year
• Male candidates only
