Bosun in Turkey

Summary

Bosun Required – ASAP 50m Private Motor Yacht 

Contract: Permanent

Bosun:

 • Proven Bosun experience on Yachts of similar size

 • Confident in deck operations and operating tenders a MUST. Jet-tenders, Outboard Engines etc.

 • Strong maintenance and safety mindset

 • Fluent in English

 • STCW,PDSD, ENG1 & YachtMaster minimum.

 • Some OOW modules completed would be beneficial as you will be involved helping bridge during navigation.

Schengen Visa or EU residency.

Salary & PTO TBD with right candidate

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Drivers License

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RYA Yachtmaster Offshore
• RYA Yachtmaster Ocean
• MCA Master <200gt / OOW <500gt

RYA/MCA Deck Modules (OR Short Courses & equivalent)

• MCA Training Record Book (TRB)
• Navigation & Radar (OOW Yachts)
• General Ship Knowledge (OOW Yachts)

RYA Qualifications

• RYA Powerboat Level 2
• RYA Personal Watercraft Proficiency (PWC)
