Summary
Burgess Recruitment is looking for a 2nd Steward(ess) for a 50m+ Private Yacht.
Qualifications: STCW, ENG1
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years solid yachting interior experience
- Previous 2nd Steward(ess) experience preferred
- Strong all-rounder, happy to rotate through all areas of the interior
- Confident supporting the interior team during a refit period
Other:
- Private 56m yacht
- Currently in a refit period
- Busy Mediterranean season to follow
Start Date: February 2026 (Can wait for the right candidate)
Salary: EUR 4,500 per month
Leave: 3:1 rotation
