• Itinerary: South Florida, Bahamas, Caribbean, New England

• Owners are very hands on, but would like to shift to enjoy yachting
• Verifiable references including crew
• Responsible for managing crew up to 5 (currently have: 1) deck/engineer, 2) Stew/cook, 3) Deck/Stew/Program Assistant)
• Must be hands on with repair and ready to jump in when needed
• Create yachting policy and procedures, safety manuals, standing captains orders, maintenance schedules, daily/monthly crew schedules
• Communication Skills: Well-spoken, clear communicator with owners and crew.
• Leadership: Strong team leader, motivator, and problem-solver
• Good with warranty work, new builds, Safety, budgeting, accounting
• Reports to Chief of Staff, with a dotted line directly to Owners for mechanical items

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Drivers License

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA CoC Master <500gt / Class 5
