This position has some flexibility, depending on the candidate selected. We are open to full rotation in the form of 2:2 or 3:3 where by the salary will fall intot he $12-13K range. There is also the option for a captain who only wants 60-90 days leave where the C/O could step up in absence. The salary would be higher in this scenario and would be DOE but in the 15-16K range. The owner wants to improve and increase the charter aspect up towards 8-10 weeks (currently 4-5).
