A prestigious 123-foot Palmer Johnson, Bahamian-flagged, is seeking an experienced Captain to lead a very active charter program for the 2025–2026 season. The yacht runs a high-intensity schedule throughout the Lesser Antilles and BVIs with a loyal repeat-charter base, so the position calls for an energetic, hands-on leader with a passion for excellence.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a minimum 500GT license with strong command experience on vessels of similar size
- Demonstrates extensive charter experience in the Lesser Antilles and BVIs
- Must be highly hands-on across both engineering and deck operations—able to troubleshoot systems, assist with maintenance, and lead by example
- Excels in crew management and guest service, maintaining a calm and professional atmosphere under pressure
- Possesses solid administrative and compliance knowledge for a Bahamian-flagged vessel
