Summary
We are looking for a female (DTCA) Sous Chef to integrate in our Galley team on board this dual season 60m M/Y running with 15 crew. (Currently in shipyard for winter)
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 season as Yacht Chef and 1 or 2 seasons in a busy professional kitchen. Culinary training is not necessary if replaced by restaurant training. The candidate is expected to be able to handle independently crew food and help the Head Chef with guests preps and service. She must be able to keep the galley in a spotless condition.
The right candidate will ideally be well rounded in international cuisine with a good emphasis on Mediterranean style.
90 days leave. 3 returns flight. Salary and bonuses scheme to be discussed during interview.
