Summary
This is one of the best captain team opportunities in the industry. High quality, pedigree new yacht that will engage in light chartering (4-6 weeks). Amazing active owners who love to dive and fish. The program is typically USA / Caribbean but they may embark on a trip from the NE across Greenland, Iceland, Faroe, northern Scottish islands and keep going. The yacht runs with 3 crew full time, they will hire a 4th when chartering (like a chef chef). The captain team needs to be a couple who have run yachts in the 70-100' range and the other person in the team needs to be a jack of all trades. Primarily stew but with ideally some cooking ability and must know basic deck / tender duties. The 3rd position will be a mate or a deck but they will also likely help with interior. The current crew are replacing themselves after 4-5 years with the owner, there will be a 3-4 week handover. Candidates who do not show multiple years with the same program / owners will not be considered.
