Interior Team: 2 (Chief and 2nd)
We are seeking a confident Chief Stewardess to join a 37m private motor yacht in the Caribbean. Temporary position/ contract lasting ~6 weeks with potential to turn permanent. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with an upcoming boss trip. There is a strong 2nd stewardess onboard. Great owners, captain and crew.
Requirements
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years of experience in an interior leadership role
- Confident guest facing and well versed in various service styles
- Demonstrated ability to maintain exceptional standards of service, interior upkeep
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to kindly guide, motivate, and manage an interior team toward shared objectives
- Confident and experienced in plated, family style and synchronized service
- Strong wine knowledge preferred
- Must hold a valid B1/B2 visa or U.S. passport and be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must hold a valid Schengen visa
- Passport with at least 6 months’ validity
- Must hold valid STCW, ENG1 and FHL2 certificates
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check prior to employment
Package
Salary: $7,000/month
Flight to and from the vessel
Leave: 60 days annually (if permanent)
