Chief Stewardess - 37m Private Motor Yacht - Dual Season

Crew: 7 total. 2 on the interior.
We are seeking a confident Chief Stewardess to join a 37m private motor yacht at the end of March or early April. Great owners, captain and crew. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Chief Stew on similar-sized vessels and bring a positive, proactive leadership style to the role.
The joining port will be Fort Lauderdale where the boat will be in the yard prior to departing to the Med for the Summer season.
Requirements
- Ideally a minimum of 1 year of experience in an interior leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to maintain exceptional standards of service, interior upkeep
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to kindly guide, motivate, and manage a team toward shared objectives
- Confident and experienced in plated, family style and synchronized service
- Wine knowledge preferred
- Must hold a valid B1/B2 visa or U.S. passport and be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must hold a valid Schengen visa
- Passport with at least 6 months’ validity
- Must hold valid STCW, ENG1 and FHL2 certificates
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check prior to employment

Salary: $7,000
Leave: 60 days annually
