Job Description: We are looking for a Head Chef for this new 70m Private/Busy Charter MY. Yacht will be cruising in the Med during summer season and in the Red Sea during winter. Ideal candidate is someone with previous yachting experience on similar sized vessels and proven longevity.
We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic, high energy levels, and an eagerness to consistently plan and deliver high quality meals for owners, guests and crew.
Impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards are essential, as well as the ability to work harmoniously with the Chief Stew.
Formal culinary training and restaurant experience, is required.
Cuisine: Italian, Mediterranean, Japanese, International.
Fluent English. Mixed nationality crew.
Non-smoker, no visible tattoos.
Total Crew: 17
Other: Own cabin + annual bonus
Salary: €8000 non negotiable
Leave days: 60 days per year
Candidates based in Europe will be considered first due to easy of travel.
