Summary

We are seeking a Chief Officer or Chief Officer / Chief Stew team for a 55m motor yacht operating globally, currently based in France. In this permanent position, you will be responsible for assisting the Captain in managing the vessel and ensuring the safety and efficiency of operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing deck operations, managing the crew, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring compliance with maritime regulations. The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications and substantial experience in a similar role on large vessels, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. You should be able to work collaboratively within a diverse team of 15 crew members while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and service are essential for success in this role.
